Recent storms have brought much needed precipitation to Southern Oregon and will jump start the April fisheries.
Southern Oregon winter steelhead fishing has held on despite low and clear conditions. Both the South Umpqua and Middle Rogue are producing winter steelhead, and with rain in the forecast, things will be heating up.
